Please note that opting out may limit certain functionalities of our Services

In certain situations—such as Hoontos AI’s “temporary chats” or one-to-one chats with other users—these conversations do not appear in your visible chat history. However, we retain them for up to 30 days solely for safety reviews.

  • Delete your Personal Data.

Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (including Hoontos AI responses) is produced probabilistically and may not always be factually correct. You should not rely solely on the accuracy of AI outputs. If you believe that AI-generated content about you is inaccurate, please submit a correction request to support@hoontos.ai. We will review your request in accordance with applicable laws and technical capabilities.

6. Children

Hoontos does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13, nor are our Services directed to them. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, please email support@hoontos.ai so we may promptly investigate and remove such information.

7. Security

We utilize commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you provide to the Services. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service, or third-party websites.
